JOY RESTAURANT'S LATEST MENU HITS NEW HEIGHTS
OF EXOTICISM!
Masterminded
by Sohan Lal Badoni, its new virtuoso Head Chef, this 'Best-in-Britain'
Restaurant offers Indian food fans a virtual gastronomic tour of an
exotic range of cuisines across India's fabulous culinary regions.
Sohan
is one of the few Indian international chefs in the UK with the necessary
expertise and with a repertoire comprehensive enough to accomplish
this formidable task. Head hunted by Joy's Managing Director, Ziaul
Haque, he won his spurs training with the world famous Taj Hotel Group,
later perfecting his art during executive stints with other prestigious
UK's Indian restaurants.
His showcases
at food festivals in gourmay capitals around the globe have attracted
high accolades and he ranks among the world's distinguished chefs
who have cooked for Prince Charles and Princess Diana.

Angara (Hyderabad), Seekh Kebab Mulmali (Lucknow), Crab Bujni (Andhra),
Jungli Mas Ka Sula (Rajasthan), Tandoori Scallops (Malabar and Coramandel
Coasts), Green Chicken (Goa), Fish Curry (Mangalore) and Shahi Makhmali
Raan (North West Frotnier).
Joy opened
its door only last year, but it already enjoys a fan club that extends
to the heart of the Capital itself attracted by its state-of-the art
ambience, the quality of its service, its value for money and above
all, its haute cuisine.
If you
fancy a light lunch, his additional, innovative menu allows you to
mix and match a bread with a range of fillings, topping, stuffing
and curries to create your own, exotic mini meal - and from just £2.95!
The ambience
exploits all that's best in contemporary design, with double domes
bathing the interior with natural light.
The waiters
are schooled well enough to achieve a standard of service that's unobtrusively
smart and value for money is incomparable.
We have
seating for up to 100 people, and welcome Private Parties, Banquets,
Conferences and Product Launches. We can also provide Outside Catering
from 20, to up to 200 people.
