Seafood Festival Menu
With the thought of winter on the horizon why not take the opportunity to be whisked to the seaside at Joy's seafood festival which takes place from 10th Oct – 30th Oct 2011.
Our special seafood dishes are meticulously prepared, with our chef Badoni ensuring that only the the finest ingredients are used.

Starters:
Sesame Fish Fingers (£4.75)
Lightly spiced fish marinated with egg white, Lemon juice, salt, mustard sauce, pepper, dill and coated with sesame seed breadcrumbs and deep-fried. Served with tartare sauce.
Fried Kalamari (£4.75)
Slice squid marinated in ground Indian spices. Fried in light batter and served crispy with Tartare sauce.
Lahsuni Machhi (1 Chilli) (£4.95)
A choice of bite sized pieces of tilapia fish, Marinated in yogurt, leafy green garlic, green Chilli, coriander leaves, peppers and lemon juice. Roasted in tandoori clay oven. Served with mint sauce.
Mussels Chatkura (1 Chilli) (£4.95)
Mussels toasted with spicy lababdar sauce, green Chilli and chopped coriander and spring onion.
Soufia Prawn (£5.95)
King prawn marinated in tandoori spices and herbs and fennel seeds, cooked in a clay oven. Served with mint sauce.
Goan chilli King Prawn (1 Chilli) (£5.95)
Spicy and tangy king prawn; marinated in garlic, turmeric and lemon juice, cooked with Goan chilli.
Chringri Hara Bora (£4.95)
Marinated delicacies of minced prawn and spinach dumpling deep fried and served with homemade prawn cocktail sauce
Crab cake (£4.95)
Fresh whit crabmeat marinated and deep-fried with chopped onions, tomato’s herbs and coconut cream and coated with breadcrumbs and served with chef’s special sauce.

Marinated Salmon cooked with black pepper, onions and lemon sauce .And served with tossed of almond flakes and fresh broccoli and coriander.
Kastori king prawn (1 Chilli) (£12.95)
Marinated with carom seed, ginger, garlic and chop chilli. Roasted in tandoor.
Flambé King Prawn Jalapeno (2 Chilli) (£15.95)
Marinated king prawn cooked with ginger, tempered in garlic w/a light crust of Dijon mustard and jalapeno sauce. Served in a sizzler with flame of cognac.
Jalpari Delight (£12.95)
King prawns marinated in yogurt, ginger, garlic and spiced. Cooked in a clay oven and mixed with our Joy special sauce.
Achari Machhi (1 Chilli) (£9.95)
Achari spiced fish cubes pan-fried with fresh onions, capsicum, pickle spices and topped with rich blend tomato and coriander.
Hushn-e-Dariya (1 Chilli) (£12.95)
King scallop cooked in rich coriander, mint -yogurt sauce and finishing with fresh grated coconut.
Bangla fish kofta curry (1 Chilli) (£9.95)
Lightly spiced minced ball of succulent-A Bangladeshi fish called Chital; are deep-fried, cooked with traditional homemade sauce flavoured with coriander leaf.

Delicate almond, cashew nut, dry apricot and white wine flavoured fish pasandas cooked in traditional mughlai style.
Salmon Tikka Hariyali (£9.95)
Cubes of Salmon delicately spiced with traditional spices, yoghurt, and mint. Slowly backed in tandoor to giving its distinctive charcoal and herb flavour. Served with mint sauce
